Kuhn Renovations: a father-and-son contractor's work, finally online.
Kuhn Renovations builds bathrooms, trim, windows and doors, drywall and the occasional burnt-garage rebuild for the Tiffin community — and had no website and no Google presence. Crossover designed a five-page mobile-first site around their before-and-after work, set up their Google Business Profile and manages the domain. The site has been live since March 2025.

The challenge
Great work, zero online exposure
Kuhn Renovations had the kind of portfolio that sells itself in person — a burnt garage brought back, cedar plank and trim work, bathrooms, windows and doors — and nowhere online to show it. Estimates filled the weekends; building a website did not. When Crossover asked what he wanted, the owner's answer was simple: as much online exposure as he could get, registered with Google.
The brief: make the work visible, make the phone ring, and do not take up the owners' time.
- No website, no Google Business Profile
- Portfolio photos living on phones
- Owners busy with estimates and jobs every weekend
- Services not written down anywhere public
- No mobile-friendly way to reach them from a search
- Domain, hosting and setup all new
The approach
Show the work. Keep the owners on the job.
Design on mobile first — because that is where a homeowner finds a contractor — build around real before-and-after photos, and take every technical chore off the owners' plate.

In their words
“I want as much online exposure as I can get.”
That was the whole brief — and the reason the site was designed on mobile first and paired with a Google Business Profile from day one. The owners kept doing estimates; the site went live in March 2025 and has stayed live since.
“Yes, set that all up. I want as much online exposure as I can get.”
