A healthcare and disability-services provider in Tiffin, Fostoria and Toledo needed a network rebuild and a real identity foundation. A larger firm proposed a $95,000 on-premise build; Crossover designed a cloud-first system — FortiGate and UniFi networks, site-to-site VPN, on-prem Active Directory migrated to Microsoft Entra ID with MFA for everyone — and delivered it 21% under the competing bid, then took over managed IT from the incumbent MSP.

AG1 Growers — a marketplace, a data platform and the funding packages behind them
AG1 Growers connects Ohio growers, vendors and research partners. Since October 2025 Crossover has been its engineering and technology arm: a WooCommerce marketplace with request-a-quote ordering, vendor logins and cost-plus pricing; a migration off agency hosting onto a VPS the client owns; a Docker data and automation stack (NocoDB live; n8n, Ollama and a FastAPI retrieval layer on the roadmap); vendor onboarding and outreach; two University of Findlay presentations; and grant packages from $800K to $10M coordinated with the University of Findlay and a federal registration service.
