System blueprint
A hosting stack you can see
No mystery “managed hosting” tier. A hardened Linux VPS, CloudPanel for the web stack, Docker for everything else, Cloudflare in front — documented, monitored and owned by you.

What we host and run
From a WordPress store to a private AI stack
The same server that runs your website can run your automations and your AI — with each service isolated, updated and backed up.
01
Managed WordPress & WooCommerce
Elementor Pro sites and WooCommerce stores on tuned nginx/PHP, with staging, updates, security hardening and image optimization.
02
VPS setup & hardening
Provisioning, firewall, SSH-key access, CloudPanel configuration, SSL, monitoring and a documented runbook you own.
03
Self-hosted automation & AI
Docker-based n8n, NocoDB, Ollama and custom APIs — your data stays on your server instead of a dozen SaaS subscriptions.
04
Zero-downtime migrations
Off agency, shared or “managed” hosts onto your own VPS: DNS plan, content sync, cut-over window, rollback path, verification.
05
Email that lands
Transactional email through authenticated SMTP or API relay (SPF, DKIM, DMARC) so order confirmations and form leads reach the inbox.
06
Domains, DNS & SSL
Registrar management, Cloudflare DNS, certificates, redirects and clean permalinks — the details that quietly break sites.

Impact
AG1 Growers: off agency hosting, onto a platform it owns
AG1 Growers runs a vendor marketplace with quote-request ordering, vendor logins and product submissions on WooCommerce. It was hosted by an agency with limited flexibility. Crossover moved the entire platform to its own VPS on CloudPanel to maintain flexibility and scalability — and then used the same server to run the client’s automations and AI services.
- Full WooCommerce platform migrated with content, media, orders and vendor accounts intact
- Transactional email rebuilt on an authenticated relay so quotes and confirmations land
- Docker stack added on the same server: n8n workflows, NocoDB and a private AI model
- Weekly backups and monitoring with reports the owner actually reads

Why it’s different
Own the server, keep the flexibility
Shared and agency hosting is convenient until you need something they don’t sell. A VPS you own has no such ceiling.
| Crossover-managed VPS | Shared / agency hosting | |
|---|---|---|
| Ownership | Your server, your accounts, your data — documented | Their account; leaving is a project |
| Performance | Dedicated resources, tuned nginx/PHP, CDN at the edge | Noisy neighbors and throttled plans |
| Run anything | Docker for automations, AI, APIs on the same box | WordPress only — everything else is a new SaaS bill |
| Security | Firewall, key-only SSH, WAF, patching, backups you can restore | Whatever the plan includes |
| Support | The engineer who built it, same day | Ticket queue |
How it works
Provision, migrate, operate
A documented path with a rollback plan at every step.
01
Audit
Inventory of your current host, DNS, email, plugins and integrations. You get a written migration plan and a target architecture.
02
Provision
VPS provisioned and hardened, CloudPanel configured, staging copy synced and verified against the live site.
03
Cut over
Low-TTL DNS, an off-hours window, checkout and form tests, and a rollback path that stays live until you sign off.
04
Operate
Backups, monitoring, updates and weekly reports — with the option to add automations and AI on the same server.

Questions
Frequently asked
Q.Will my site go down during the migration?
No. The new server is built and verified in parallel, DNS is set to a low TTL ahead of time, and the cut-over happens in an off-hours window with the old host left live as a rollback until you sign off.
Q.Who owns the server?
You do. The VPS, the domain and the Cloudflare account are in your name; I manage them and hand you the documentation. If we ever part ways, nothing has to move.
Q.Can the same server run more than my website?
Yes — that is the point. Docker on the same VPS runs automations (n8n), databases (NocoDB, Postgres) and private AI models, isolated from the web stack and backed up with it.
Q.What about email deliverability?
Transactional email is sent through an authenticated relay with SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured, so order confirmations and lead notifications reach the inbox instead of spam.
Q.Do you handle WooCommerce stores?
Yes. The reference platform for this stack is a live WooCommerce marketplace with vendor logins, quote-request ordering and automated pricing — battle-tested, so you are not paying for trial and error.
