Innovated Science: a new brand, a quote-first storefront and a whole back office — live in weeks, owned by the founder.

Joe Farmer had suppliers, a grower network and a name. He didn't have a website, a company email, business cards or a place to keep any of it. Crossover built innovatedscience.com from the domain up — a WooCommerce store that quotes instead of carts, branded email that lands in the inbox, print-ready cards and sales pieces, and an organized Drive — and put every account in Joe's name.

The challenge

Three product lines, one seller, and nothing online yet

Joe sells botanical and biosecurity products from several suppliers into the same grower and facility network — a cleaning-and-disinfecting program, a sprayer system and a full agronomy line. He had the relationships and the logistics. What he didn't have was a brand people could find: no website, no company email, no business cards, and product sheets scattered across texts, PDFs and another company's shared drive.
He also wanted it done the right way around: the store should take quote requests, not cart orders, until pricing and the fulfilment hub were settled — and every account had to be his, not a vendor's.
  • No domain, site, email or cards for the new company
  • Products from three lines with different labels, rules and sell sheets
  • Pricing and shipping not final — so no checkout yet
  • Legacy product files buried in a previous employer's drive
  • Dealers and growers to sign up, with no form to do it
  • Everything had to end up owned by the founder
The approach

Build the company's whole front door, then hand over the keys.

Same stack Crossover runs for other product companies — WordPress, Elementor Pro and WooCommerce on a dedicated server — set up fresh under Joe's own accounts so nothing is shared, borrowed or rented from anyone else.

What was deployed

A company's worth of technology, one person accountable

Designed, built and maintained by the founder of Crossover — the same person Joe texts when he has a question.
01
Brand site
innovatedscience.com on WordPress + Elementor Pro: Home, Products, three product-program pages, Planet Earth Agronomy, Become a Dealer, About and Contact — built for mobile first, with SEO basics on every page.
02
Quote-first WooCommerce store
11 products loaded through the WooCommerce API across three categories, each showing vendor, regulatory status and program step. No prices yet by design — every product reads “contact us for a quote.” The full 68-product agronomy catalog is prepared and ready to load.
03
Company email that lands
Google Workspace on the brand domain for the whole team, info@ and sales@ forwarding, SPF / DKIM / DMARC configured and the site sending through SMTP — verified clean, not in spam.
04
Forms that reach everyone
Contact and Dealer Application forms delivering to the founder, his sales partner and Crossover, with a backup copy to the shared inbox — one form system, the duplicate plugin removed.
05
Cards, QR and sales pieces
Print-ready business cards for the team built on Joe's own tree artwork, a QR code where the tree itself forms the pattern, a branded product deck, a season-program sell sheet and reformatted field reports — all sized for the printer.
06
Back office
A shared Drive with a folder for every brand and a START HERE guide, 27 legacy product files recovered and filed, a team chat space, and first-pass trademark and grant research so the founder decides with facts.

In their words

“You do good work.”

Joe's notes arrive by email between farm calls — short, direct, and usually with the next three things he wants. When the revised business cards landed in September this was the reply; two weeks later the branded product deck got a “Nice job.” He pays on time, answers fast, and the site is getting good feedback from the people he sells to.
“You do good work. … Thanks again. Can we become RICH together?”
