CX-03 / FORGE — Custom Software & Web

Software that fits the workflow — not the other way around.

What FORGE builds

From a landing page to a marketplace

Every build ships with documentation, a deployment you own and a real person to call when you want changes.
01
Line-of-business apps
Internal tools built around how your team actually works — dashboards, scheduling, intake, approvals — with centralized control across every part of the operation.
02
Customer & vendor portals
Logins, role-based access, product submissions, document exchange and gated content — the kind of platform a marketplace or association runs on.
03
Ecommerce that fits
WooCommerce stores with quote-request ordering, logistics hand-offs, bundles, shipping rules and automated pricing from cost plus margin.
04
Booking & lead sites
Fast, conversion-focused sites for service businesses: appointments straight to your calendar, forms that reach your inbox, tracking wired correctly.
05
APIs & integrations
Clean APIs and integrations so your app talks to your CRM, your accounting, your phones and your AI.
06
Rescue & takeover
Half-built projects, abandoned agency work, sites nobody dares to touch — audited, stabilized and finished.
Impact

AG1 Growers: a vendor marketplace, built and hosted end to end

An agriculture network needed more than a brochure site. Crossover built ag1growers.com as a WooCommerce platform with a quote-request and logistics order flow, vendor logins with product submission, a gated “Join AG1” onboarding page, transactional email that lands, and automated product pricing from cost plus margin — then migrated the whole thing onto a VPS the client owns and added an AI layer on top.
  • WooCommerce marketplace with roles for growers, vendors and staff
  • Quote-request ordering integrated with a freight-brokerage partner
  • Automated pricing sheets for ten vendor product lines
  • Self-hosted on CloudPanel with Docker services for automation and AI

How we work together

From idea to shipped software

A clear, collaborative path — you’re involved at every step, working directly with me.
01
Discovery
A real conversation about your goals, your users and the problem — then a written map of exactly what needs to be built.
02
Architecture
The right stack and a clean, scalable foundation, front to back, so it holds up long after launch.
03
Build & iterate
Working software shipped in tight loops. You see progress often and steer it — not a black box you wait months on.
04
Launch & support
We ship it, harden it, and I stay in it: maintainable code and a real person on the other end when you need changes.

Have an app, a store or a half-built project?
Bring me the idea, the half-built project, or just the problem. I’ll tell you how I’d build it, what it takes and what I’d do differently — free, whether or not we work together.
Questions

Frequently asked

Q.WordPress or custom code?
Whichever fits. WordPress with Elementor Pro and WooCommerce is unbeatable for content, stores and speed to launch; React/Next.js with a Python or Node backend wins for real applications. Many builds combine both behind one login.
Q.Do I own the code?
Yes — the repository, the server and the accounts are in your name from day one, with documentation you can hand to any engineer.
Q.How do you handle timelines?
Milestones with working software at each one. A booking or lead site ships in days; a portal or marketplace in weeks; larger platforms in phases you approve as they land.
Q.Can you take over an existing project?
Yes. I audit the code and hosting, stabilize what is there, and either finish it or give you an honest recommendation to rebuild — with reasons.
Q.What happens after launch?
Hosting, monitoring, updates and changes under a flat monthly plan if you want it — handled by the same person who built the system.
